The Structure

The box is the part you never see and never think about — until it sags, swells or falls apart. We build boxes to last.

  • Canadian plywoodOur standard for strength: holds screws, resists sagging, and stays true over years of use.
  • Melamine boardA cost-effective, hard-wearing interior finish that wipes clean.
  • Moisture-resistant boardSpecified for sink bases, bathrooms and anywhere water is a risk.

A quick note on materials: plywood, MDF, particle board and melamine each have a right place. We'll recommend the right box for each cabinet rather than one blanket spec.
